An Important Update from Amy Dolan Strano, President, Achieva Family Trust:

Over the past several months Achieva Family Trust has continued to operate as close to normal as possible, while dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic. This was very important to us as we always strive to meet the needs of our trust beneficiaries, their families, and the professionals with whom we work. During this time we have continued to open many new trusts to assist people with disabilities with maintaining (or obtaining) vital government benefits.

Our building is now open, but we continue to follow the CDC’s recommendations about hand washing, social distancing and wearing masks or face coverings. We look forward to the day when we can once again host in person events, like our popular Speaker Series. We are hopeful that our first ever Future Planning conference, Focus on the Future, will be able to be held, as planned, in September. We know that both families and our volunteer attorneys are looking forward to our annual Legal Clinic in October. In the interim, I encourage you to visit our website and review the list of available webinars. They are designed to assist you with your educational needs related to Future Planning.

Many Family Trust staff are still working remotely, but are available during normal business hours for phone and email questions, consultations and to facilitate trust disbursement requests. We encourage you to reach out to your assigned Trust Administrator or to us in general at 412.995.5000 ext. 565 or toll free at 1.888.272.7229.
