Achieva Family Trust continues to grow and thrive, always looking at how we can better serve the needs of our trust beneficiaries, their families and the professionals with whom we work. As proof of our strong growth during the pandemic, we have hired our third Region Trust Liaison to serve the Capital Region, joining our other Regional Trust Liaisons in Erie and Philadelphia. We have plans for continued expansion in Eastern PA in early 2022.
The number of new trusts opened each month continues to grow. We recently hit the milestone of $200 million in assets under management - a long way from our first trust of approximately $35,000 in 1998!
Our Education and Outreach team is also busy planning many events, such as our popular Speaker Series. It will kick off on September 23rd with a session about Charting the Life Course!
After several postponements during the pandemic, we are pleased to announce the date for our 1st Annual Future Planning Conference - Focus On the Future. It will be held virtually on November 10, 2021. More details to come shortly!
Our Trust Administrators are busy visiting their trust beneficiaries and assisting them with ways to use their Special Needs Trust to improve their quality of life. As a reminder, our staff are available during normal business hours for phone and email questions, consultations and to facilitate trust disbursement requests. The fund request form is available in these two options:
- Downloadable Fund Request Form: Can be printed, filled out and mailed or electronically filled out and emailed.
- Online Fund Request Form: Can be filled out, signed online and automatically sent to us.
The social service background we have on staff allows us to better support our beneficiaries that struggle with their mental health.
